Sierra, I just switched from CQG to Denali. 1. When I open a chart the candlesticks do not move. Data is not coming in. 2. After a moment it connects and starts to trade, but the data is not live, data is delayed by 10 minutes. 3. I checked with AMP but they did not know what the problem would be. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1588352217881.png Please advise. Thanks, Jim |

We do not see any reason why you would be having any issue. The most likely cause is that you do not have the option in Data/Trade Service Settings for Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled. Refer to the information here: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) If this is enabled and you are still having problems, then follow these instructions to get us a Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
