                We do not see any reason why you would be having any issue. The most likely cause is that you do not have the option in Data/Trade Service Settings for Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled. Refer to the information here: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) If this is enabled and you are still having problems, then follow these instructions to get us a Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
