Chart not updating real time and no depth

Hi, I have Service package 5. This morning when loading my charts, the charts load up to the current time, but then stop from there. For example, I use a 10 sec chart. When I upload the chart, it loads the bars up to the current time, but then no bars are formed in real time after. Also, there's no market depth showing on the chart. Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Make sure the symbols are correct. Okay, I did that, still no depth and chart still isn't updating real time. I completely reinstalled sierra last night and it was working last night and this morning, but is no longer working. The symbol I'm using is F.US.CLEM20- Crude Oil June Contract |
