Note: I just upgraded to SC 2078 trying to solve another problem, so it's conceivable this is a version issue.

All my charts that include CL Exchange-traded spread symbols stopped working two days ago. Last trade price is stale.

Reload/recalculate produced no results.

Delete all data and redownload caused the chart to go blank (because it can't redownload the data)

Trying to open a new chart for a symbol not already cached results in blank chart (can't download data), and SC Log reveals no data received for valid symbols that worked fine a few days ago.

It appears to me that either the Denali/TT ORS feed stopped supporting these symbols or my update to SC2078 broke something.

Thanks in advance for your attention to this - I'm dead in the water till I can resolve this, as I primarily trade these timespreads.

We need some time to look into this. Something has changed causing a symbol mapping issue with these types of symbols.

The data is there but the mapping is not functioning as originally designed when used with the TT order routing. We do not think we are going to have this worked out until the end of the day today.

For now you can go back to any version before 2072. If the version you were using before did not have a problem you can just easily roll back to that with Help >> Install Previous Version.

Thanks VERY much for the quick reply and for letting me know you'll need time to get to the bottom of this.

I confirm that rolling back to v2070 has my charts working again. Will look forward to your updates but there is no more urgency now that the previous version tactic got me going again.

THANKS GUYS!!!
