Issues with CQG WebAPI [trading] at Data/Trade Service settings

Hi, I have been to the board and I find I have the same issue with this thread Waiting to download historical data

I spend a lot of time (20 minutes) 'Waiting to Download Historical Data'.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Sierra Chart. and the same issue occurs. Please advise

We want you to disconnect from the data feed with File >> Disconnect and then follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed.

After about 2 minutes, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
