Hi, I have been to the board and I find I have the same issue with this thread Waiting to download historical data

I spend a lot of time (20 minutes) 'Waiting to Download Historical Data'.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Sierra Chart. and the same issue occurs. Please advise
