SC/TT Routing w/Denali Feed - Order Fill Data/Stats Issue

v2040. One live trade in Trade Stats is showing massive max open loss/ruining the correct Stats because Low During Position is 0 instead of the correct price. 1. What caused this? 2. How can it be fixed? Manually trying to edit the Low During Position in Trade Activity/Fills to correct it duplicates the trade instead and further skews the Trade Stats to be incorrect. 1, 2. The cause apparently is from an inserted fill from the TT system. It might be a duplicate. Can you tell us the date and time and Time Zone of that fill and we will check and remove any duplicates and then we will have you re-download the fills. We have already implemented a patch to prevent the high/low values from being 0 in this case. This will be released next week. Manually trying to edit the Low During Position in Trade Activity/Fills to correct it duplicates the trade instead and further skews the Trade Stats to be incorrect. We could not reproduce this, but there might be a duplicate for another reason. And that is why we need the details of the fill so we can check on the server.

You just need to edit any duplicate trade activity entries: Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Data Editing Menu Commands (Trade >> Trade Activity Log) Also refer to this thread here: Duplicate Order Fill Issue One live trade in Trade Stats is showing massive max open loss/ruining the correct Stats because Low During Position is 0 instead of the correct price. You can only manually correct this value through the Trade Activity Log entry editor. This will not happen going forward from this point in time.
