I have been successfully using the Parallel Ray Tool up until a couple of days ago. I have formatted the tool with progression lines as can be seen in the attachment below. Two dysfunctional things have occurred for no explicable reason to my knowledge. 1. As seen in the attachment,the tool will not show up unless I compress the chart to an extreme. This was categorically Not the case a few days ago. 2. After a couple of hours the tool disappears completely from my charts or will not show. The next day or later in the same day if I wish to reference these levels(at the same price levels originally marked,)they are simply not there. |

RE:Parallel Ray Tool Issue. I have reverted back to version 2028 of Sierra and the parallel ray tool seems to be working as before. This forces me to suspect that the problem has been caused by something gone awry in one of your most recent updates. I hope this helps towards solving this annoying issue. |

We found the problem and have it fixed. It will be in the next Pre-Release (v 2042). When available, you can update using the Fast Update option.
