RE:Parallel Ray Tool Issue. I have reverted back to version 2028 of Sierra and the parallel ray tool seems to be working as before. This forces me to suspect that the problem has been caused by something gone awry in one of your most recent updates. I hope this helps towards solving this annoying issue.
