Hello, I've received a set of new live CGQ WebAPI credentials from my FCM, Advantage Futures. I've entered the correct login and password information but cannot connect. I just renewed my Level 5 SC service package on Friday night for another 3 months. Wondering if the connection is related to my SC account? Thank You |

Everything about your Sierra Chart account looks good. We see you are on Package 5 and that your current ending date is March 09, 2020.
