Everything about your Sierra Chart account looks good. We see you are on Package 5 and that your current ending date is March 09, 2020. You can follow these instructions to ensure that your software has the latest information from our servers, but this is not the problem:

Try re-entering your CQG Username and Password on the Data/Trade Service Settings window. Refer to the following information:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

If you still have problems after going through the above, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
