Hi I just switched to a new broker (AMP Global) and was trying to set up with your Danali system. Then in my account info you wanted any updates and a phone number since I did not have one listed before. So I updated my info with a phone number and a new email address (guymmichaels@gmail.com) from my old email (guymichaels@comcast.net) and now none of my funds are showing up anymore and your system is requesting that I fund my account before I can get my platform going again! I made a payment to Sierra Chart on September 13 for $302 so I know I have enough money in my account. Please help let me know what I did or am doing wrong. Thank you Guy Michaels |

You did not do anything wrong. The reason there is very little money in your account is because the automatic renewal for one year was taken out of your account on September 20, 2019. Therefore, you need to deposit additional funds in order to be able to enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
