Hi I just switched to a new broker (AMP Global) and was trying to set up with your Danali system. Then in my account info you wanted any updates and a phone number since I did not have one listed before. So I updated my info with a phone number and a new email address (guymmichaels@gmail.com) from my old email (guymichaels@comcast.net) and now none of my funds are showing up anymore and your system is requesting that I fund my account before I can get my platform going again! I made a payment to Sierra Chart on September 13 for $302 so I know I have enough money in my account. Please help let me know what I did or am doing wrong.
