Problem Connecting to Denali

Guys, I'm having a problem connecting to The Denali data feed (all services). Sierra installed last week. This is a new set up.

What we see is that you are having trouble connecting to CTS :

I have trading account at Cunningham commodities, I want to clear my trades there using Sierra. I am told I can route them there using CTS for a 0.10 cent routing fee.

We did have an order routing option for CTS where the per contract fill fee was .10 but there too much complexity in the set up of it so we stopped offering it. But you can use the standard set up which is documented here:

You should not have any trouble with it. Just make sure you have the right username and password and firm and the Server setting is set correctly.

And then you can ask CTS what they can do in regards to the per contract order fill fees. See if they can give you the .10 cost.
