They should be there, and we see them in the list when we pull it up for both Rithmic and CQG.

For example, if you are looking for the Micro ES (MES), then if you are using CQG for your data, it would be under the Futures section with a symbol of F.US.MES?##. If you are using Rithmic for your data, then it would be under the Futures section with a symbol of MES?#-CME.

Very interesting. Try typing in MES in the Search box at the bottom of the Find Symbol window and then click on Find Next. Let us know if that is able to find the symbol. Refer to the information on this page for more information on how to use that search function:
File Menu: Searching for Available Symbols

Another thing to also try is just typing in the symbol you are looking for in the Selected Symbol area. In this case, you would type in F.US.MESU19 for the September contract. Refer to this section for more information on entering this information:
File Menu: Find Symbol (File)

If these do not work, then select File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and let us know what the service is set to at the top of that window.

Regarding post #4, none of those symbol lists are for CQG. Sierra Chart is not set to use CQG. Follow the CQG set up instructions here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

After you do that, you will find the micro symbols in File >> Find Symbol.

This is a sub instance of Sierra Chart. Exit all running instances of Sierra Chart on your computer and start Sierra Chart again.

And make sure the main instance of Sierra Chart is set to use CQG. Link to the instructions are given above.

Also we have no idea how you got into a situation like that. We have never seen this before. There is only one access log entry for your account with that sub instance. Does not make any sense.

Do not use a sub instance for now.
