Very interesting. Try typing in MES in the Search box at the bottom of the Find Symbol window and then click on Find Next. Let us know if that is able to find the symbol. Refer to the information on this page for more information on how to use that search function: File Menu: Searching for Available Symbols Another thing to also try is just typing in the symbol you are looking for in the Selected Symbol area. In this case, you would type in F.US.MESU19 for the September contract. Refer to this section for more information on entering this information: File Menu: Find Symbol (File) If these do not work, then select File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and let us know what the service is set to at the top of that window.
