Dear SC Support, my problem still persists. I installed a current version (and enable Save Message Log To File) but my Sierra Chart is still collapsing when i want to disable Trade Simulation Mode. I am sending you a message log file, which was created immediately after another collapse (shutdown). Thank you for help, Dalibor Tfirst |

There was nothing unusual in the Message Log. We are going to need to reproduce the exact conditions. We need you to attach the following files: -The chartbook you are using. -The Sierra3.CFG file in the Sierra Chart installation folder. This will be privately attached. It contains no account information. -The TradeActivityLog.DAT file in the Sierra Chart installation folder. This should be privately attached and make sure it is set to be private. Here are the instructions to attach files: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We have started to test this but we cannot reproduce the problem. However, we see from your Chartbook you are using custom studies and there is a good chance the problem is with one of those. We also see you did not follow our instructions to use Safe Mode.
