I'm using Sierra Chart Data Feed and Ask and Bid Market Depth Pulling/Stackis is not working. This is what I see with my Gain Capital Account using SC Data Feed. http://my.jetscreenshot.com/30734/20170919-bqvs-37kb Activating my TopStepTrader account with Sierrachart today I realized that it is working well in TopStep account but not in my Gain Capital account. In TopStep Account I see Pulling/Stacking numbers in all the book around price. Thank you, |

Make sure those market data columns are actually added to the chart. Refer to: Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific) Select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see market depth displayed there? Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PostingInformation.php#Image Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1505847062304.png Yes, I see market depth displayed. What I don't see is Ask and Bid Market Depth Pulling/Stack correctly. I've never seen it correctly. This is what I should see and what I see with my TopStepTrader Account: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1505847200787.png Thank you |

Perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps Go to that Trade DOM and select Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns. Make sure this market data column is added: Combined Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Or the individual ones. Also add a Custom Title to those columns so we know which one it is. Otherwise, it is hard to tell. Let us know if you get the issue resolved. We see you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed so make sure it is enabled through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. How is Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds set? Do you see a [M] after the symbol on the title bar of the chart? This is what we see with the same configuration: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1506018285630.png We are thinking of looking at this with remote assistance, but there really is not much more we can think of that we can tell if we do that. There really should not be any problem. Rather than using a Trade DOM, use a chart and enable Trade >>Show Market Data Columns And configure the columns as explained here: Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. In the chart DOM the same happens, not working. Also I don't know and would like to know how you have one over the other (Ask P/S over Bid P/S). Thank you |

Not sure this is going to make a difference, but update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Current Version. Here are instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Let us know. would like to know how you have one over the other (Ask P/S over Bid P/S). We used the column Combined Ask/Bid Market Depth Pulling/Stacking.

I've tried this and not working. I think it is some issue between my Gain Capital Account and Sierra Chart communication. I've never seen P/S well in my Gain Capital Account.

We really need to use remote assistance to look into this. When you are ready for us to look at this with remote assistance could you select Help >> Accept Remote Assistance. You will see a Team Viewer program display. We will need the ID number and password. Send that to us only through an Account Support Ticket: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SupportTickets If we are able to connect close to the time you send a message, we will do that. If not, we will then we will contact you again. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
