Perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps Go to that Trade DOM and select Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns. Make sure this market data column is added: Combined Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Or the individual ones. Also add a Custom Title to those columns so we know which one it is. Otherwise, it is hard to tell. Let us know if you get the issue resolved.
