BitMex problem : Stoploss NOT executed

Hi, i have noticed this problem twice now when a stoploss is hit, the attached stoploss and profit orders are canceled BUT the stoploss order is not executed ! leaving me with the open position without any stoploss and takeprofit attached Trade services log below: BitMEX | Received last Trade Positions report from DTC server. OK we have an answer about this from BitMEX: "Account has insufficient Available Balance, 3424621 XBt required" When the Stop order was triggered it failed the risk checks and was rejected There is an option on our frontend called Close-on-Trigger with the description: If checked, this will be a Close order. Close orders can only reduce your position, not increase it. If the account has insufficient Available Balance when the Close order is triggered, then other {symbol} orders will be canceled or amended down. i looked at this optionand i can confirm that on the front end in BitMex this option (Close-on-Trigger) box was cheacked thank you very much |
