We see you are using BitMEX. Look at the order in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab. If you see an Exchange Order ID for the order, it has been submitted to BitMEX. After that if you have any questions about the order, contact BitMEX. We are not in any position to answer these types of questions.
