Real-Time Data - Need Only 10 Symbols

I am currently running the 2 week trial for this, with only 1 activated exchange, Eurex, 1st month free.

It has been satisfactory, but the only exchange I'm interested in is Eurex, for which I currently use 5 futures symbols. The maximum I would use is 7 symbols.

When I set the option to 10 symbols, it will reset to 100 symbols.

Is this because it is a trial, or is there something I'm missing?

I have a week to go on the trial and was looking to get the settings correct before renewal.

The reason it reset back to 100 Symbols is because the 5 USD 2 week trial was activated. Now that the trial is active you can change it back to 10 Symbols, and the Feed will renew at 10 Symbols.

I have tried many time but it resets to 100 symbols.

As it is set to auto-renew, the only way right now that I can avoid subscribing to 100 symbols and then asking you to change it, with all the mess about excess payment, is to leave insuffficient credit balance to auto-renew.

Hopefully when it lapses, credit for 10 symbols can be added and the correct subscription activated.

The issue was that you were not confirming the change, after clicking "Set Number of Real-Time Symbols", you would need to click "Confirm" under:
Your account will be enabled for 10 Real-Time Symbols

We have done this for you.

I had the exact same problem when I was signing up for data.
I did eventually get it figured out by myself.
The confusion was that the "Confirm" prompt shows up at the top of the page, but it was actually not visible on screen, since the step before it was at the bottom of the page.
It took me about 3 tries before I finally scrolled up to the top of the page and figured it out.

No big deal, but this could be improved.

Merlin: Clicking Set Number of Real-Time Symbols brings the Action Result frame with the confirmation in view, making it visible on screen.

If that is not the case for you, let us know what browser you are using.

It was Chrome, and that definitely didn't happen, the page stayed at the bottom.

While we're at it, I've had another problem with Chrome lately: the Search function at the top of all Sierra web pages no longer works for me.
I can type in a search term, hit enter, and the results page appears, but it's empty.
This still works fine in Firefox.

Not sure if this is a general Chrome problem, or if there's something wrong with my Chrome installation - or perhaps it's an extension problem.
If you tell me that you can't reproduce this, then I'll know I need to research further on my system.
Thanks.

After I clicked Set Number of Real-Time Symbols, the screen greys over and I get a pop up asking if I'm sure I want to proceed. I click OK, screen returns to normal and I assumed that was that.

I couldn't see any other request to confirm without scrolling, and obviously I didn't scroll as I had already said OK once.

I'm using Firefox, whatever the latest version is, I leave it to auto-update.

1. Running tests with the current versions of IE, Firefox and Chrome, the redirection works properly. We do need to look into why this is not working in your case.

2. The search was tested, and it does work properly.

Do you have any Addons/Extensions on your browser that blocks Java Script? As the search depends on Java Script loaded from Google.com

Yes, that was the problem.
I did some research, reviewed all installed extensions, removed a bunch of them, and restarted Chrome.
This has cleared up the problem with the search function, and another issue I've had with Chrome that wasn't related to Sierra.

Thanks,

This is good, but what we are going to do is any time there is a confirmation required, we are just going to display that on the webpage on its own, so that the user does not miss it.
