I had the exact same problem when I was signing up for data. I did eventually get it figured out by myself. The confusion was that the "Confirm" prompt shows up at the top of the page, but it was actually not visible on screen, since the step before it was at the bottom of the page. It took me about 3 tries before I finally scrolled up to the top of the page and figured it out. No big deal, but this could be improved. Merlin |
