I have tried many time but it resets to 100 symbols. As it is set to auto-renew, the only way right now that I can avoid subscribing to 100 symbols and then asking you to change it, with all the mess about excess payment, is to leave insuffficient credit balance to auto-renew. Hopefully when it lapses, credit for 10 symbols can be added and the correct subscription activated. |
