Poloniex BTC/LTC data not updating

Poloniex BTC/LTC data are not updating, please see the attached screenshot showing old data in Sierra, and latest data in web browser for comparison. Please note the green status in the top left of Sierra window, indicating active connection to the data source.

I made subscription payment today, please refund the payment and cancel the subscription as I cannot use stale data for trading. Thank you.

For the record the Poloniex service is an external service to Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart does not maintain direct integration to Poloniex. So there could be problems with it at times.

Are you still having a problem? We do see that symbol is updating in real-time now.

Still experiencing the issue, restarting Sierra does not help. Downgrade from 1540 do 1410 prerelase does not help.

It is like if the chart was frozen, the price in the vertical axis does not move, new candlesticks do not appear.

The only way to get the graph data updated is to click Disconnect and then Connect.

We see what the problem is.

Update to the latest "Prerelease" of Sierra Chart following the instructions here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SoftwareDownload.php#FastUpdate

After that is done set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings>> Service to Poloniex Crypto Currency Exchange-DTC.
