Poloniex BTC/LTC data are not updating, please see the attached screenshot showing old data in Sierra, and latest data in web browser for comparison. Please note the green status in the top left of Sierra window, indicating active connection to the data source. I made subscription payment today, please refund the payment and cancel the subscription as I cannot use stale data for trading. Thank you.
