I have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" checked in Data/Trade Service Settings. When trying to update intraday charts today, I received download failed error message. Sierrachart is not connected to IB, and I didn't have to be connected to IB to be able to update intraday charts. Are there issues with the Sierra Chart data feeds that's causing this problem?

I tried to update again the Intraday chart and on the first time I get the download failed message. I retried a second time and download succeeds. I tried on a second Intraday chart with a different symbol, the download fails again. On the second attempt, download succeeds. This happens on all the Intraday charts for different symbols in the chartbook. This only started happening last Saturday, March 11. Before March 11, updating intraday charts with Sierra Chart Data Feeds was fast and flawless the first time. Something seems to have changed since Saturday. I didn't know that because the symbols I used were working. I don't change any setting in Sierra Chart or even update Sierra Chart unless required to do so because things are not working anymore. As the saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Anyway, I updated the symbol settings following the steps in the link you gave and the symbols for the futures contracts I trade remain the same. I can't see the difference but updating the intraday charts from SC data feeds seem to work fast now. As I said, this issue with updating from SC data feeds only arose last Saturday. Actually, those settings were probably three years old or more. It is only the internal SC Data Feed symbol which changed. It now uses two digit years.
