I didn't know that because the symbols I used were working. I don't change any setting in Sierra Chart or even update Sierra Chart unless required to do so because things are not working anymore. As the saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Anyway, I updated the symbol settings following the steps in the link you gave and the symbols for the futures contracts I trade remain the same. I can't see the difference but updating the intraday charts from SC data feeds seem to work fast now. As I said, this issue with updating from SC data feeds only arose last Saturday.
