Incorrect data in Daily Charts for EUREX

The first intraday chart shows the correct price range, the second daily chart shows a spike in todays price action which did not take place. This appeared yesterday also. I have tried deleting and downloading data, changing the contract from continuous to none etc. These incorrect prices in the daily charts is showing across Eurex bond futures (bund, OAT, buxl, etc)

Please advise.

This is now resolved.

I went to symbol settings / Updated from server / reconnect and it seemed to fix the issue

We checked both the real-time data and historical data and we do not see this invalid value for that symbol for 2017-03-9.

Therefore, the proper procedure to resolve the problem is section 2.2.0:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.2.0: General Information

There is no need to update the Symbol Settings.

You may have checked but I am still experiencing an issue. This morning Eurex bonds are once again showing on a daily chart, prices which have not traded indicating a spike over over 300 ticks in the first couple of minutes trading which is obviously wrong. I posted photos yesterday demonstrating the issue so I am baffled by your seeming insistence that there is no issue. I need this resolved. Again there is clearly an issue with the daily chart below: incorrect values for high and low which DO NOT SHOW ON INTRADAY CHART

2.2.3: Last Bar Continues to Have an Error......If you see incorrect values there with the prices or volume, you need to contact your Data or Trading service to have them correct the error.

We stated what we saw at the moment we checked. We could see there was a problem earlier and we gave you instructions to resolve the issue.

The invalid data is from the OpenFeed we get from Barchart. So we have to let them know about this.

Ok. When I connect/reconnect, reload and recalc, the daily chart momentarily erases the incorrect spike then after a second reverts back to showing the incorrect data. I have tried manually deleting the data as per the alternative solution but this too doesn't work and I still see the error. I have deleted and downloaded the data and this doesnt work.

Your last post which I appreciate is the first time I have received acknowledgement that there is an issue which you are looking into. I have done all I can do but obviously I have to wait for you and Barchart to resolve this at your end which is frustrating as in the mean time I cannot use my charts. Do you have any idea of how long this will take. Thanks

Yes this all makes sense being it is a data error in the current quote data.

Based upon what we see, we believe it is going to require a programming change by Barchart which could take them a few days. So we expect the issue could continue into next week.

We are preparing the detailed information about the issue now and sending it to Barchart.
