Ok. When I connect/reconnect, reload and recalc, the daily chart momentarily erases the incorrect spike then after a second reverts back to showing the incorrect data. I have tried manually deleting the data as per the alternative solution but this too doesn't work and I still see the error. I have deleted and downloaded the data and this doesnt work. Your last post which I appreciate is the first time I have received acknowledgement that there is an issue which you are looking into. I have done all I can do but obviously I have to wait for you and Barchart to resolve this at your end which is frustrating as in the mean time I cannot use my charts. Do you have any idea of how long this will take. Thanks |
