Renewing is a total nightmare. After 20 minutes trying to click correct renew options and many mistakes, i FINALLY GOT TO the credit card processor. It or something required an confirmation of acceptance. This I cant find. I have been over half hour trying to renew. I have been with SC over 10 years and I am now considering moving on to a system where renewing a subscription for a few months is straight forward and doable without multiple misguided instructions. Apparently a card procvessor named Dalpay wants me to agree to their terms, but does not seem to to have a button for such agreement. So after 30 minutes of trial and error as to how to renew, I am now blocked from entering and getting acceptance of my credit card. I am now screwed from adding time to my account.

We apologize for the difficulty.

Tell us what service package you want to use, either Standard (Service package 3) or Advanced (service package 5) and how many months.

We will set your account to renew according to those terms, and send you a PayPal payment request.

Furthermore, if there is any difficulty with making a payment you just need to simply let us know you are having difficulty and we will extend your account long enough until a payment can be made. We have even extended users accounts for three months until a payment can be made.

In regards to difficulty with Dalpay, this is a payment site we do not control. We are not sure exactly what the problem is with that. This is the first time we have someone report an issue like this with them.

without multiple misguided instructions.

Please quote the specific instructions you are referring to and let us know how they are misguided.

We need to understand what the issue is. The instructions are here:

It sounds like the main issue was with the payment processor.

Sorry, I have spent almost an hour trying to get this payment done, After spending close to that last night. Neither of us has the time to go back over all the steps where I was confused. Here are a couple items:
In Instructions, Item 3, instructs me to find and use the "Renew Now" button; I can't find said button.
The last step in Dalpay a Red instructio appears to tell me to agree with Terms and conditions. Today I could see a tiny grey checkbox, which I missed last nite, but even after checking it the RED message remains.
Then After successfully getting a payment receipt, A large red message called Account Notes...from Sierra opens suggesting I click "Renew Now" to extend my usage. So I clicked it, then A large message opened saying that this action failed. So now I don't know what I have.
I admit that my eyesight is not great and that my monitor is poor. So It takes more effort to get the details right.
