We apologize for the difficulty. Tell us what service package you want to use, either Standard (Service package 3) or Advanced (service package 5) and how many months. We will set your account to renew according to those terms, and send you a PayPal payment request. Furthermore, if there is any difficulty with making a payment you just need to simply let us know you are having difficulty and we will extend your account long enough until a payment can be made. We have even extended users accounts for three months until a payment can be made. In regards to difficulty with Dalpay, this is a payment site we do not control. We are not sure exactly what the problem is with that. This is the first time we have someone report an issue like this with them.
