Hi, Since yesterday July 17, 2013, I am missing huge chunks of data on my charts. 1. The problem began yesterday. First, the price on the chart was lagging by about one point or 6 ticks.(S&P emini futures.) I quit and relaunched... then I realized there was a huge chunk of missing data on the charts. I tried everything listed on the Help Documentation to no avail. 2. I tried opening Sierra on another computer and have the same problem. I have attached a screenshot and log details. 3. Data feed is from OEC. No problem there. My Internet connection too is fine. Yet, the charts are a problem. Please help. Thanks ES |

Once, again, I have problems getting the data. I have no firewalls, and have followed all the instructions in the help link.. but the charts are displaying one or two candles on most of my charts. This morning, the charts were disconnecting every few seconds for over an hour. Extremely frustrated!!! |

At the beginning of the Message Log we do see connection problems due to a problem with your Internet connection, but we see a successful connection after without any subsequent connection problems. The issue is clearly on your side with DNS meaning that a server name could not be resolved. If you are missing data in Intraday charts, refer to the instructions in help topic 7.1 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html#RefreshWithData Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
