Hi, Since yesterday July 17, 2013, I am missing huge chunks of data on my charts. 1. The problem began yesterday. First, the price on the chart was lagging by about one point or 6 ticks.(S&P emini futures.) I quit and relaunched... then I realized there was a huge chunk of missing data on the charts. I tried everything listed on the Help Documentation to no avail. 2. I tried opening Sierra on another computer and have the same problem. I have attached a screenshot and log details. 3. Data feed is from OEC. No problem there. My Internet connection too is fine. Yet, the charts are a problem. Please help. Thanks ES
