Charts stop updating / Action Required message makes no sense

Charts are no longer updating. They last worked normally on 7/15. Data is paid for, and it is three weeks until next payment for charting. Setting up the new auto-pay plan yesterday did not help.

Account Control Panel has an Action Required message, which states: "Your usage time will automatically renew in 22 days (2016-08-09). Provided that there is sufficient Services Balance at the time of renewal." That makes no sense. It is a passive description of a fact. It does not describe an action that is being required.

Right now I have five dollars in my account. As far as I know, all components of the subsription are current on payment. Please advise if that is not the case. I see no error messages in the account and I have not received any requests for payment.

I'm a new subscriber and I like the service so far, but making it useless like this with no explanation and no clear remedy is very much not cool.

Your Sierra Chart account is fine.

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

Thank you for checking my account.

I have CME Globex on Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed.

It was already completely set up and working fine for a couple of weeks as of Friday.

My inquiry is not about how to set it up. I want to know why it has stopped updating in real time.

Currently charting various U16 so it's not a back-month issue.

You had activated the two-week data feed trial which is now expired.

Market Data Account: Failed to extend feature expiration date for Barchart account by 15 days. Insufficient balance to activate service. The Services Balance on your account (5.00 USD) is not enough to pay for the service (19 USD).

Go to this page and add credit to your balance and activate the real-time connection:

You will also need to activate the exchange again. You will not have to pay for the exchange since it was previously activated for the month.
