Charts are no longer updating. They last worked normally on 7/15. Data is paid for, and it is three weeks until next payment for charting. Setting up the new auto-pay plan yesterday did not help. Account Control Panel has an Action Required message, which states: "Your usage time will automatically renew in 22 days (2016-08-09). Provided that there is sufficient Services Balance at the time of renewal." That makes no sense. It is a passive description of a fact. It does not describe an action that is being required. Right now I have five dollars in my account. As far as I know, all components of the subsription are current on payment. Please advise if that is not the case. I see no error messages in the account and I have not received any requests for payment. I'm a new subscriber and I like the service so far, but making it useless like this with no explanation and no clear remedy is very much not cool. Thank you in advance for your assistance. |
