Disconected issue.

Recently since 4th April I have been getting disconnected. Today Tuesday I'm unable to connect at all & have no data at all. I have spoken to my ISP & they say an issue has been resolved but I'm not convinced of this. I even contacted IQ feed & they sent me a screen shot showing no response from server so it points to an issue at my end?. I'm still able to get email, with errors & get on the net, my download speed is around 70Mbps but I'm told that it makes no difference with live data?. So currently I would like your advice on this matter. I have sent you the log as requested as I was prompted to do so & I would be most grateful if we could get to route cause of my connection issues.

This is an indication the IQ Feed software is not able to connect to the IQ Feed server.

It is really hard for us to say anything more than this because Sierra Chart is not directly connecting to the IQ Feed server.
