Recently since 4th April I have been getting disconnected. Today Tuesday I'm unable to connect at all & have no data at all. I have spoken to my ISP & they say an issue has been resolved but I'm not convinced of this. I even contacted IQ feed & they sent me a screen shot showing no response from server so it points to an issue at my end?. I'm still able to get email, with errors & get on the net, my download speed is around 70Mbps but I'm told that it makes no difference with live data?. So currently I would like your advice on this matter. I have sent you the log as requested as I was prompted to do so & I would be most grateful if we could get to route cause of my connection issues. Kind regards, Karl. |
