I am using TT.net as data feed and I do sometimes get this error. Symbol is unknown, click for symbol information. Sometimes it works but most often it doesn't connect to real time data, only back-fills. I am only charting Eurex markets, I have seen this on more than one symbol, but the symbol below has issues most often: FGBL-201603-Eurex Sometimes I get it working be disconnect and reconnect few times until it gets connected in real time Any ideas what this could be? This is the problem: Symbol Error - Fgbl-201603-Eurex is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. It is essential never to hand type symbols. You need to go through all of the charts / Trading DOMs in all of the Chartbooks you have, Quote Boards, Quote Spreadsheets, and the Global Settings >> Intraday File Update List, and correct the symbols. Although to make this easy we have programmed a solution to this now. Hi, I'm having this message too. Just opened an account with AMP using TTNet data feed and thought it might be their end but maybe not. I have CME live data feed working but not the Eurex.
