I am using TT.net as data feed and I do sometimes get this error. Symbol is unknown, click for symbol information. Sometimes it works but most often it doesn't connect to real time data, only back-fills. I am only charting Eurex markets, I have seen this on more than one symbol, but the symbol below has issues most often: FGBL-201603-Eurex Sometimes I get it working be disconnect and reconnect few times until it gets connected in real time Any ideas what this could be?
