This is the problem: Symbol Error - Fgbl-201603-Eurex is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX message: Product does not exist in market: Entry #1 | 2016-02-10 07:41:54 The problem is that the first part of the symbol needs to be all uppercase: FGBL. It is essential never to hand type symbols. You need to go through all of the charts / Trading DOMs in all of the Chartbooks you have, Quote Boards, Quote Spreadsheets, and the Global Settings >> Intraday File Update List, and correct the symbols. Although to make this easy we have programmed a solution to this now. Update to version 1368 following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate So you will not need to update the symbols.
