From User: hi. i contacted rithmic and that was their response about the connection issues: "The connection is being dropped due to missed heart beats. You might want to try connecting to our European servers. Please contact SierraCharts for instructions on how to set that up"so, what should we do next? my connection is braking all the time. thanks.
