Hi There, My charts keep on pausing randomly even when cqg feed and sierra green light on top right hand corner are on. I have to log out and retart again. Please advise.

We are contacting CQG about this, but so that we have complete information, does reconnecting to the data feed as we explained cause the data feed to resume? When you notice this problem, wait 90 seconds, does Sierra Chart automatically reconnect to the data feed within that 90 seconds time? You will know this happens by looking at the Status Bar because it will go yellow and then green and then the data feed will automatically resume. I have to log out & log in again when charts stop in the middle without any warning or update. After log in everything work fine for few hours & then pause again even when tho top right hand light is still green

I also use my other cqg feed for Ninja & there is no problem there. AMP says both my feeds are fine

We do not know what is meant by "log out and log in". We need to know if you reconnect to the data feed does the data feed resume by following this procedure: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FileMenu.html#ProcedureToReconnect We need to know if you are following the given procedure, does the data feed resume. Based upon what we know so far, this is a CQG issue. Update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease with Help >> Download Prerelease.
