We are contacting CQG about this, but so that we have complete information, does reconnecting to the data feed as we explained cause the data feed to resume? When you notice this problem, wait 90 seconds, does Sierra Chart automatically reconnect to the data feed within that 90 seconds time? You will know this happens by looking at the Status Bar because it will go yellow and then green and then the data feed will automatically resume.
