Hello! Yesterday I installed last version of sc 1269. I am trying to open my chartbooks but unsuccessfully. Program doesn't respond me at all. http://gyazo.com/8eed910337e0c89f2b001a3f1ee0ecfa

I tried to delete and download all data for contracts, doesn't work anyway.

1. There is a problem with the Global Symbol Settings.

Perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings following the instructions here:

2. After this is done, for each of those charts go into Chart >> Chart Settings and make sure the Symbol is set to the correct CTS symbol. Press the Find button and verify it is set correctly.

The Trade and Current Quote Symbol needs to be blank.

This problem is the result of CQG Symbol Settings several months ago for a short period of time like a few hours or a day, having been provided to CTS T4 users when Sierra Chart was started.

Although we are not exactly certain as to the exact details of the problem and why it is causing the particular issue, without careful examination. However, if you follow the above instructions, it will correct the problem for sure.

I ve changed symbol setting. Anyway I cant open chartbook to do step 2. SC isnt responding.

If Sierra Chart is not responding when a Chartbook is being opened or the data is being downloaded, then this is a serious problem.

Follow the instructions in help topic 30.5 to increase the Chart Update Interval to 1000 ms:

You can decrease this value later if you want, but we just want to make sure this is not a problem for now.

Do not open this Chartbook that is causing a problem. For help with this refer to help topic 30.16:

At this point, we recommend creating a new Chartbook. Please do not use this other Chartbook that is causing trouble until you get everything working stable.

And most importantly, perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings following the instructions here:
