1. There is a problem with the Global Symbol Settings.

Perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings following the instructions here:

2. After this is done, for each of those charts go into Chart >> Chart Settings and make sure the Symbol is set to the correct CTS symbol. Press the Find button and verify it is set correctly.

The Trade and Current Quote Symbol needs to be blank.

This problem is the result of CQG Symbol Settings several months ago for a short period of time like a few hours or a day, having been provided to CTS T4 users when Sierra Chart was started.

Although we are not exactly certain as to the exact details of the problem and why it is causing the particular issue, without careful examination. However, if you follow the above instructions, it will correct the problem for sure.
