If Sierra Chart is not responding when a Chartbook is being opened or the data is being downloaded, then this is a serious problem. Follow the instructions in help topic 30.5 to increase the Chart Update Interval to 1000 ms: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html#h30.5 You can decrease this value later if you want, but we just want to make sure this is not a problem for now. Do not open this Chartbook that is causing a problem. Please do not use this other Chartbook that is causing trouble until you get everything working stable.
