CTS T4 Service: Error with historical data request. T4 Message: No Permission. This means they do not have permission for historical data on the T4 system. Please contact CTS for help with this.

To followup, I have connected to CTS through SC utilizing this user's CTS connection credentials and do not receive the same errors. In fact, I am able to connect and pull historical data just fine. Is there some sort of setting on SC that could be preventing the download of historical data or causing some-sort of conflict? Thank you, |

There is no Sierra Chart specific setting which would cause this: CTS T4 Service: Error with historical data request. T4 Message: No Permission.
If the CTS T4 connection information as it is entered into Sierra Chart is not correct, they would never even get to this point because they would not be able to connect to the T4 system. In this particular case, the log files from the users system would have to be checked and sent to CTS. These need to go to Cunningham Trading Systems. We are not qualified to analyze them nor do we have any ability to resolve the problem ourselves.
