We do see a problem where this historical Intraday data download did not complete in the Message Log: HD Request # 2 | Downloading Intraday chart data for ESH5-CME to the file ESH5-CME.scid. Service: cme | 2015-03-19 09:34:55 For help with this, refer to this section here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#ErrorDownloadingDataSCHistoricalDataServer We recommend setting the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 second to reduce the amount of data transmitted. Footprint required for tick history. To determine the problem: Is it possible in the "Message Log" to display the processes download history? (in percentage units) |

A percentage progress is not possible. It is necessary to isolate the source of the problem by adjusting the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. Select File >> Disconnect. Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 10 seconds. Select File >> Connect to Data Feed If there is any missing data in the chart, follow the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#RetryDownloadDataInChart See if that corrects the problem. Good afternoon Sapport. If I understand correctly, you are offering to download intraday historical data in 10-second resolution. Q: Charts footprint identical to the construction of teak and 10-second story? The problem with loading the history of ticks during a break of tender (clearing) remained. |

The purpose of downloading the data in the 10 second resolution is to see if there any download problems at that interval. If so, then you have some ongoing connectivity problem with your Internet connection between your computer and the server. Using 10 second records data for Numbers Bars is inaccurate. Good evening a support. Connected to another ISP. The problem with downloading missing. Wish: you can visualize availability (status) of servers to download history? (similar to the status of the connection terminal) |

Good evening a support. To request the ISP (removing blockages) Please let me know the name / port of the server to download tick historical data. DTS settings window attached. PS How to apply (desire) to change the functionality of the terminal? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-03-25 04:02:45
