A percentage progress is not possible.

It is necessary to isolate the source of the problem by adjusting the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit.

Select File >> Disconnect.
Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.
Set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 10 seconds.
Select File >> Connect to Data Feed

If there is any missing data in the chart, follow the instructions here:
